Matt Clemens, Founder and President, began his career as a Training and Development professional, which led him into executive level human resource management and organizational development, working with up-and-coming talent to expand their personal and professional development.

As he worked with people of varied backgrounds, Matt realized the biggest performance challenge wasn’t that people didn’t know what to do but rather didn’t do what they know. In other words, he found that FOCUSING people helped them gain INSIGHT. Once they gained insight, their PERFORMANCE increased and once their performance increased, the people would GROW substantially in their personal and professional lives.

Matt’s training, development and executive level business and human resource experience, in addition to his passion for developing people, led him to be a trusted advisor to many business owners, executives, leaders and teams. In addition to his 30+ years of business and human resource experience, Matt is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a Certified Executive Coach and Master Certified Coach Trainer through the Center for Executive Coaching and is certified in various behavior-based assessments. Matt also has a lifetime accreditation as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
