Known as the observable language, the Behaviors assessment is our most popular and widely used assessment. This assessment can be used for leadership, sales, and team development. It provides extensive information regarding behavioral characteristics, ideal work environment, value to the organization, and do’s and don’ts to communicating. It also provides insights into how an individual prefers to be managed and motivated. This report shows the HOW of an individual’s behavior.

12 driving forces (motivators)

The 12 Driving Forces assessment answers the question, “why do you do the things you do?” It provides individuals with an understanding of how their motivators impact their decisions and drive them into action.

emotional quotient (eq)

Emotional Intelligence is critical at all levels of an organization. The EQ assessment accurately measures one’s ability to sense, understand and effectively manage their emotions, and understand the emotions of others. It looks at self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, social-awareness and social regulation.

Trimetrix EQ is a comprehensive report that consists of three sciences: Behaviors (DISC), 12 Driving Forces, and Emotional Quotient (EQ). It reveals specific details in these three areas that describe the how, why and what of superior performance.
